1. Acceptance

By purchasing a PECS Global subscription you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. Service Description

PECS Global provides access to a catalogue of GPL-licensed WordPress plugins and themes via an API. Delivery is via the WPAU plugin installed on your WordPress site(s).

3. Licence Grant

Your subscription grants a non-exclusive licence to access and use the catalogue for the number of domains specified in your plan. All software in the catalogue is GPL-licensed — you receive the same rights any GPL licence grants.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not share API keys publicly or exceed your domain limit.
• Do not use the service to redistribute catalogue contents as your own competing service.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or abuse the API.

5. Billing

Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual/lifetime plans are billed once. Stripe processes all card payments. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is". PECS Global does not warrant that plugins are free of bugs, compatible with all themes, or that the catalogue will always include any specific plugin.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad.
