How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@pecsglobal.uk within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order reference number (found in your confirmation email).
  3. We will process the refund within 5 business days.

Eligibility

  • First purchase only (per email address)
  • Request made within 7 days of original purchase date
  • Lifetime plans: 7-day window from date of purchase

Exclusions

Refunds are not available after 7 days, or where the account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations.

Processing

Card refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Bank transfer refunds within 5 business days.
