Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Uses

The PECS Global Service may be used to:

• Automatically update WordPress plugins and themes on your own websites
• Manage updates across multiple WordPress sites within your plan’s domain limit
• Access and install software from the PECS Global catalogue for personal or business use
• Manage client websites as a web developer, designer, or agency (within plan limits)

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Share or redistribute your API key — each licence key is for your authorised sites only
• Resell access — sublicensing or reselling Service access is prohibited without written consent
• Circumvent domain limits — exceeding your plan’s domain allowance is a breach of these terms
• Automated mass deployment — using the Service to provision or deploy to sites you do not own or manage
• Commercial redistribution of software — selling downloaded plugin or theme files as standalone products
• Security testing or exploitation — using the Service to probe, attack, or compromise any system
• Illegal purposes — any use in violation of applicable law

3. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in: immediate account suspension, licence key revocation, permanent ban, and/or legal action. We do not offer refunds for accounts terminated due to policy violations.
